
Our Manufacturing Process: We started our business 35 years ago creating precision machined aluminum parts. We used our years of experience in precision machining in developing a complete product line of quality billet aluminum accessories for the Hummer H2, H3, and SUTs and other fine vehicles.
All our parts start out as solid billet 6061-T6 aluminum. We then precision machine the parts to exact tolerances in one of our many state-of-the-art CNC machines. Upon completion of the CNC machining process, all the completed parts are 100% hand mirror polished, checked for imperfections, then passed through our "Quadruple" Chrome plating process.
On top of our unique show stopping designs, our "Quadruple" Chrome plating process is what makes our products the best in the industry and superior to other billet accessories. This extra layer of plating covers the micro-pores on the surface, thus completely sealing the chrome and giving you a lifetime* of beautiful chrome finish backed by our "Limited Lifetime Warranty".
Quadruple Chrome Plating: All our products are now Chrome Plated using a High Quality Quadruple Chrome Plating process. First we Copper plate it and polish it. Then we use a dull Nickel plating followed by a bright Nickel plating before the final Chrome plating is applied. This makes our Chrome stronger, more durable and better looking than the simple double or triple plating process.
Limited Lifetime Warranty: We offer a limited lifetime warranty on any of our chrome accessories that is defective from normal weather wear and not damage incurred from impacts. We do not guarantee products that were neglected or improperly cared for. This warranty is non-transferrable. We guarantee the the chrome on our accessories for the lifetime of the original vechicle it was purchased for, by the original owner only.
* Note: Parts must be washed on a weekly basis with soap & water and waxed heavily during winter months to maintain the chrome's integrity. Please follow chrome care instructions which are included with each order.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval for exchange of identical item. Upon approval we will issue you a RMA number for the exchange of new item. Warranty exchanges must be accompanied by original receipt of purchase and shipping/handling is not included in warranty exchange.
