Shipping and Return Policy
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please call for current prices and availability of products. We reserve the right to discontinue products as necessary because of quality, availability, price or other reasons.
All returns must be within 15 days and in new condition with original packaging. We can not accept back damaged items. A return authorization (RA) number must be first obtained by emailing Hi-Tech Custom Concepts at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling at 1(914) 668-5090.
All return shipments must be prepaid. There are no refunds on shipping. All returned items must be in as-new, resellable condition. Any item that has been damaged from use, will not be accepted for return unless authorized by Hi-Tech Custom Concepts. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging complete with all documents and hardware. Merchandise not meeting these criterias will not be accepted for return. Please note that certain items are non-returnable or refundable.
When returning items:
Package the returned items properly. When shipping merchandise back to us, please wrap the product(s), place it in a sturdy box and secure with strong packing tape. Do not leave the product(s) loose in the package. Extra precaution should be taken for oversized items. Parts scratched or damaged in return shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.

All merchandise is in good condition when leaves our shipping department. If a part is lost (box broken open) or damage via transit, you should immediately notify Hi-Tech Custom Concepts and the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc...).
All merchandise is shipped and insured for full value and the responsibility for proper delivery is upon the carrier. DO NOT return the damage part(s) to Hi-Tech Custom Concepts without prior notification.
All items on this site are warranted to be free from defects in the materials and workmanship prior to installation. This warranty does not cover labor, misuse, faulty installation, failure of related parts or parts purchased other than from Hi-Tech Custom Concepts.
Please call for specific warranty information on each product.
We try to keep backorders to minimum. If there is going to be an unreasonable delay, we will notify you of the approximate shipping date.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING:
Payment can be made by VISA and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal, please call us for PayPal payment information. We do not ship outside the US.
New York residents must add 8.50% sales tax. All shipments outside New York are exempt from New York sales tax.
Hi-Tech Custom Concepts does not sell, rent, trade, or loan our customer's names, email address or any type of personal information we collect. You may receive information from us detailing new products, tracking numbers for shipping, or new features on our websites.
The first time you come into contact with our site, we assign you a unique number, which is stored in the cookie on your computer. Cookies help us measure the effectiveness of content on our site and further refine that content to meet your needs and be more relevant to you.
